鹿児島大学農学部附属焼酎・発酵学教育研究センター、新潟大学日本酒学センター、ならびに山梨大学ワイン科学研究センターの国立大学酒類関連３センターは、２０２１年９月に連携協定の締結を行いました。
　これは、3大学が広く協力し、社会への成果還元、我が国の学術発展、そして人材育成への寄与を目的として結ばれたものです。３大学のセンターが連携することで、酒類に関する教育・研究・地域貢献・産学連携および国際交流などを協力し、社会への成果還元、我が国の学術発展を目指しています。

In September 2021, three prestigious national university centers dedicated to alcoholic beverages – Education and Research Center for Fermentation Studies, Kagoshima University; Sakeology Center, Niigata University; and the Institute of Enology and Viticulture, University of Yamanashi – joined forces in a collaborative agreement.

This alliance focuses on researching and educating about alcoholic beverages, aiming to make significant contributions. Their mission includes delivering impactful results, advancing academics, making regional contributions, promoting industry-academia collaboration, fostering international exchange, and cultivating global leaders.
